The Role
What Does a Support Worker Do?
As a support worker at PDSS, your role is to help participants with their daily needs and reach their goals. This may include:

Helping with personal care and hygiene

Keeping notes on progress and participant goals

What We are Looking For?
Experience working with people with disability or mental health needs
A positive attitude and a caring nature
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Certificate III in Individual Support or similar experience
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
