Premium Disability Support Services has a range of resources available that are designed to support our carers and workers to understand their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct and to better support people with disability.

As a Registered NDIS service provider, we have designed our own in-house training courses to upskilling our workers who can then ensure they provide the highest standards of participant care. Theses eLearning courses educate and help our staff build skills in key areas.

We have implemented an Learning Management System (LMS) that meets the requirements of quality, safety and environmental standards.

We believe our LMS produces efficient and effective execution of works by minimising and, where possible, preventing risk of errors in service provision and workplace incidents.

Our LMS is monitored, audited and continually improved to ensure our service delivery constantly meets the highest measurable standard.

Our LMS also reflects the NDIS Practice Standards & NDIS Code of Conduct.
