Our community nurses are experts in their field and can provide support to participants who have complex support needs. This service is provided when specific individual support needs include:

• Subcutaneous Injections

• Complex Wound Care and Management

• Feeding 

• Complex Bowel Care

• Home Enteral Nutrition (Naso-Gastric Tube - Jejunum or Duodenum

• Day to Day Management of Medications
